Outside the Gym

You approach the town's Pokemon Gym, which seems to be in an arcade. You're ready to take on the Gym Challenge and defeat the leader!

This is a page for my Pokemon Gymleadersona! I love games (especially gatcha games haha), weird gimmicks, and collecting things, so the theme of this gym is Pokemon based on inanimate objects and gatcha.

The Gym Challenge

► Challenge Gym Trainer

The Gym's interior is a colorful and flashing arcade, with rows of UFO catchers and gatchapon machines. The center is a stage, where four Gym Trainers wait for challengers to put on a show for visitors.

The main gimmick of this gym is random battles! Gym trainers will fight with four Pokemon randomly selected from a pool. The player will also only be able to use a maximum of four Pokemon, randomly chosen from the team they entered the gym with.

The Gym Leader

Leader Variant: Base

► Roll for Gym Leader

The back room of the Gym has colorful translucent pneumatic tubes lining the ceiling with items shooting through them, and oversize capsules tumbling around in the transparent walls. It reminds you of the interior of a gatchapon machine.

Similar to the Gym Trainer battles, the player can only battle with up to four randomly chosen Pokemon from their team. However, if they defeated all four Gym Trainers without losing, they get one reroll. The Gym Leader has a pool of four themed teams that she will also randomly roll for to battle the player with!

After the Battle

Congrats on earning the Luck Badge!

After defeating the Gym Leader, the gym turns into an arcade where you can win tokens and pull for rare items.
